encounter problem when ftp programs to x8web.com

1. log on to www.x8web.com
2. go to cPanel X
3. navigate to File Manager
4. You will see a list of files including .ftpquote
5. click .ftpquote
6. you can see a menu of fuctions as below on top right corner
Show File
Delete File
Edit File
Change Permissions
Rename File
Copy File
Move File

7. use "Delete File " to delete .ftpquote
8. refire up FTP software, you will be able to ftp programs to x8web.com successfully
